Ryan has been working with The Boylin Group since 2017, in the role of Property Maintenance Supervisor. During this time, Ryan has gained considerable experience, Knowledge and skills in all things property related.

Since Ryan has been with the company he has participated in many courses to develop his skills and knowledge base and continues to progress, knowing the company will encourage and back him to gain more education and qualifications to hone and develop.

Putting his experience and knowledge into practice, and supervising a team of 6 members every day provides a different challenge and every day is different, from leaking pipes to full refurbishment to plumbing, plastering and general repairs. Along with an emphasis is on getting the job done the company also encourages a culture of cooperation and an engaging and exciting environment “It’s a close knit family business and we all work as part of a team”.

Ryan would like to continue to progress with the company and to go the extra mile to reach his full potential.

Nicola Boylin

Nicola Boylin

Nicky grew up on a council estate in South Yorkshire and a part of a working family. Education and hard work always being a focus, great emphasis was placed on getting good grades to excel in a prosperous career.

Lucky enough to go to University, the achievement of a BA (HONS) degree in Business, MSC in Marketing Management and membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, gave a great base of knowledge from which to continually develop and hone skills in the workplace putting knowledge into practice.

After meeting Johnathan, CEO of The Boylin Group, they instantly became aware they both shared unwavering ambition, high expectations of themselves professionally and a love of business and property.

20 years on, the ambition and motivation has only grown stronger, she nurtures a belief you can achieve anything, regardless of background or education if you are determined, driven and hardworking and never lose sight of your goals.

Her energy is focused on building the business and the brand that is The Boylin Group, based on principles of Integrity, professionalism and striving for perfection in everything she does.

Katie Armitage

Katie Armitage

Shortly after leaving school Katie began her career with The Boylin Group Ltd in July 2010 as an apprentice. Katie successfully completed her Business Administration and Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualifications working in the administration and Sales Department.

Katie did take a short break in 2015 to start a family. After returning from maternity leave Katie swiftly progressed from the role of Sales Ledger Clerk to Sales Ledger Supervisor.

Recently Katie has taken a different role within the company as Assistant Manager working closely alongside Estates Director Alice.

Katie is keen to develop further within the company, to gain new skills, confidence and understanding of the property industry.

In Katie’s spare time she loves to do things with her family and friends and enjoys trips away with her children.

Brooke Jennings

After leaving school, Brooke decided to pursue her interest in accounting and study an AAT level 2 qualification at Barnsley College. After successfully completing this, she delved into the world of employment and began her venture within The Boylin Group.

Her qualification assisted her with her initial development within the company, swiftly progressing from the role of administration assistant to Sales Ledger Clerk.

Brooke is devoted to developing and becoming successful both within the company and in her career, she is now progressing onto further AAT qualifications, in the hope to become more involved within financial aspects of the business.

Always taking a charismatic and optimistic approach to general tasks, Brooke is adamant on fulfilling beyond her own career expectations.

When Brooke does have some spare time, she likes spending time with her friends, socialising. She is keen to adventure through travelling and hopes to experience many new and exciting places.

Brooke views life as an investment and is determined to receive the most out of it.
